We know that this is the best way to provide our customers with the greatest value. If you see a sword or product at a lower price on-line, just contact us by email and provide the link to the product. Provided that it is the same product, is not an auction item (auction items are most often factory seconds/defects, returned and/or used products, or even imitations), and is new, we will BEAT that company's price by at least $10, provided it does not violate any manufacturer's or partnership agreements. Some companies simply match competitor's prices, and others just unfairly charge too much, but ProForge BEATS the competition! We will not be undersold.
In order to expedite your savings, please get confirmation from our administrative team before purchasing your item so that we may update your account to reflect your new price. This guarantee may not be applicable to swords or products priced under $200, but please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to beat or at least match the competitor's price. The Price-Beating Guarantee applies only to the entire purchase price, including shipping. Many companies offer low prices, but then charge excessively high shipping costs to cover their profits.
